Every suite has the same flat weekly rent, with no commission on your services. Utilities, Wi-Fi and the listed essentials are included. Book an inquiry for current rates and leasing details.
What is included in my suite?
A private, lockable suite with a shampoo bowl and sink, a styling chair and station, utilities, Wi-Fi, 24-hour keyed access, and washer and dryer access on the floor.
What are the lease terms and deposit?
Lease terms: available on inquiry. Deposit: available on inquiry. Request leasing information to review the confirmed terms before making a decision.
Can my clients use an elevator and parking?

Will a suite work for my services?

Can I choose my hours and sell my own products?
Yes. Keyed access is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You set your schedule and keep your retail sales revenue, with your own product and business expenses to account for.
